I’m very low maintenance, and for the longest time, if I washed my face once a day, that was a bonus! I started using Story over 2 years ago, and I just love how it fits into my busy life. I use the Cleanser in the shower, apply the Serum as my hair dries and slather on the Moisturizer as I walk out of the bathroom. It’s easy and effortless.

Add a touch of highlighter to the tops of your cheekbones, the center of your forehead, down the center of your nose, on your cupid’s bow (right above your lips and below your nose), and your chin to look fresh and vibrant, bringing out that inner glow.
Be realistic with your expectations. Don’t attempt to incorporate everything in one day, or you’ll set yourself up for failure. Seek progress rather than perfection. If you see improvement, stay the course. Try tweaking things like diet, exercise, water consumption, changing hair care products, etc., until you find a combination that works for you.
We have been inundated with tricks, product A for this, product B for that, don’t do this but do that, magic tools, and miracle oils. Getting great skin has seemingly become very complex and for a busy professional or a busy mom, simply overwhelming.
When applying skin care, always treat these areas with the same respect as your facial skin.
Drink water, green tea, almond milk, and red wine for smooth, glowing skin that is protected from the inside out.
Make sure your diet includes things like olive oil, berries, tomatoes, oatmeal, grapefruit, bell peppers, spinach, yogurt, nuts, fish, kiwi, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, carrots, chickpeas, and yes....OH YES, dark chocolate, baby.
If breakouts or irritated skin are mostly along your hairline, jawbone, neck, or on your back, try switching your shampoo and conditioner, and possibly some or all of your daily hair products.
Being in a happy relationship, friendship, or even a loving family connection, can do wonders for your skin.
