Beauty Sleep? Not if your pillowcase is dirty.

Your pillowcase may be aging your skin. If you're focused on preventing or reducing the signs of aging, then you might want to do some laundry quick. A pillow can feel like Heaven after a long day, but if your pillowcase hasn't been changed in awhile, it will wreak havoc on your skin. Hair products, hair oil, skin oils, dust, dirt, sweat, make-up, bacteria and more sit on the surface of your pillowcase. And when you snuggle in for a good night's rest, you rub your face in it all night long....

It's best to change your pillowcase about every two to three nights. But for those of us here in reality, changing it once a week can go a long way in keeping your skin healthy.
